Tacoma Real Estate Statistics: November 2021

In this article we share an update on the Tacoma Real Estate market for the month of November 2021.

The weather has definitely cooled, and so has the market! In November 2021 most houses in Pierce County were on the market for an average of 17 days. The median sold price of a property in Pierce County was $515,000 (also down from last month) and a total of 1434 houses and condo’s were sold in November.

While the amount of houses for sale has decreased since October, it is still a great time to buy a home in Tacoma and the surrounding areas as most seller’s are very motivated to get under contract so they don’t have to stress during the holidays. We recommend grabbing your coats and boots and hitting the pavement with an aggressive offer strategy to get you into your new home!

The competition with other buyer’s is also a bit less intense as some buyers have to wait until the tax year has ended before getting an approval. Yet another reason why it’s a good time to buy a home in Tacoma, reach out to connect with one of our amazing local real estate agents today.
